# KVS Foundation Day 2023

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan celebrates its foundation day on the 15th of December every year. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was established in the year 1963 with only 20 regimental schools

Its headquarters is in saheed Jeet singh marg, New Delhi 110 016. Kendriya vidyalaya sangathan is abbreviated as KVS. It is functioning under the ministry of MoE (Ministry of Education) erstwhile Ministry of Human resource center.
All the Kendriya Vidyalayas are affiliated under CBSE : Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.

History of KVS

The Kendriya Vidyalayas was approved in November 1962 by
the Govt. of India in NOV 1962 on the recommendations
of the 2nd CPC (Central Pay Commission). Wherein it was clearly mentioned to set up an institution to the wards of transferable Central
Government employees and to provide uninterrupted schooling during the academic session.
In view of the recommendation 20 regimental schools were opened during the academic year 1963-64. Initially it was established in the area where huge numbers of defence employees were deployed.
KVS was registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act (XXI of 1860) on 15th December 1965.

Objective of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS)

The primary aim of the Sangathan is as follows:

1. To provide, establish, endow, maintain, control and manage the Central
   Schools (Kendriya Vidyalayas) located all over India and abroad.

Due to its quality education and popularity the number of Kendriya Vidyalayas are increased from 20 to 1256 till November 2023. Apart from that KVS has also set up ZIETs for the continuous training of their teachers and staffers.Here, ZIETs abbreviated as Zonal Institute of Education and Training. Five ZIETs are as follows:

1 ZIET Mysore

2 ZIET Chandigarh

3. ZIET Bhubaneswar

4. ZIET Mumbai

5. ZIET Gwalior

आज की कहानी

समस्या का हल

एक राजा ने एक सुंदर सा महल बनाया और महल के मुख्य द्वार पर गणित का एक सूत्र लिखवाया और घोषणा की कि जो भी इस.सूत्र को हल कर के द्वार खोलेगा द्वार खुल जाएगा और मैं उसे अपना उत्तराधिकारी घोषित कर दूँगा।

राज्य के बड़े-बड़े गणितज्ञ आये और सूत्र देखकर लौट गए ।किसी को कुछ समझ नहीं आया।

आखिरी तारीख आ चुकी। उस दिन 3 लोग आये और कहने लगे हम इस सूत्र को हल कर देंगे ।उसमें 2 तो दूसरे राज्य के बड़े गणितज्ञ अपने साथ बहुत से पुराने गणित के सूत्रों की किताबों सहित आये लेकिन एक व्यक्ति जो साधक की तरह नजर आ रहा था सीधा साधा कुछ भी साथ नहीं लाया। उसने कहा मैं बेठा हूँ यहीं पास में ध्यान कर रहा हूँ पहले ये दोनों महाशय कोशिश कर के 

द्वार खोल दे तो मुझे कोई परेशानी नहीं ।पहले इन्हें मौका दिया जाए।

दोनों गहराई से सूत्र हल करने में लग गए लेकिन नहीं कर पाये और हार मान ली।

अंत में उस साधक को ध्यान से उठाया गया और कहा कि आप सूत्र हल कीजिए,आप का समय शुरू हो चुका है।

साधक ने आँखें खोली और सहज मुस्कान के साथ द्वार की ओर चला ,

द्वार को धकेला और यह क्या द्वार खुल गया..

राजा ने साधक से पूछा कि आप ने ऐसा क्या किया। साधक ने कहा कि जब मैं ध्यान में बैठा तो सबसे पहले अंतर्मन से आवाज आई कि पहले चेक कर लो कि सूत्र है भी या नहीं,इसके बाद इसे हल करने की सोचना और मैने वही किया।

ऐसे ही कई बार...

जिंदगी में समस्या होती ही नहीं

और हम विचारो में उसे इतनी बड़ी बना लेते हैं कि वह समस्या कभी हल न होने वाली है।

लेकिन हर समस्या का उचित उपाय आत्मा की आवाज हैं
